Investigation Discovery premieres five new series this month and next:
- Sins and Secrets - One-hour series reveals how a crime changes the community in which it occurs. Cities featured include Aspen, Nantucket, New Orleans, Knoxville, Albuquerque and Shreveport. Produced by Jupiter Entertainment. The six-episode series premieres February 17 at 10p.
- The Injustice Files - Three-part series honors Black History Month and involves filmmaker Keith Beauchamp and special agent Cynthia Deitle, the FBI's Civil Rights Unit Chief as they reopen cold cases from the Civil Rights era. Produced by CBS Eye Too Productions. Premieres February 18 at 9p.
- Cuff Me If You Can - Series tells true stories about clever and resourceful criminals who try to elude the law and escape the country. Produced by Indigo Films Entertainment. Six-episode series premieres March 1 at 10p.
- Nothing Personal - Previously announced series recounting contract killings made by professional hit men hosted by Steve Schirripa. Produced by Cineflix (NP) Inc. Six-episode series debuts March 9 at 10p.
- FBI: Criminal Pursuit - Series highlights the modern-day FBI and showcases their tenacity to solve mysterious crimes of the 21stcentury. Produced by M2 Pictures. Eight-part series opens March 11 at 10p.
Discovery Channel brings back new episodes of the game show Cash Cab February 14 at 6p followed by the series debut of Cash Cab Chicago at 630p. Comedian Beth Melewski is host of Cash Cab Chicago which is the first full series spinoff of the game show. Cash Cab and Cash Cab Chicago are produced by Lion Television for Discovery Channel.
