Theresa Giudice Hubby in the Slammer??

So many people want to be an official New Jersian, even New Jersian's are going about obtaining driver's licenses in an illegal manner.

Joe Giudice, a resident of Montville New Jersey, allegedly obtained his license at the the DMV in Paterson by using his brother's ID. Why? Because his license was -- and still is -- suspended.  This is a serious matter, as Giudice is charged with wrongfuly using identifying information of another person and is a second-degree crime. If convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison!  Additionally, he's charged with forgery, a fourth-degree crime that carries an 18-month sentence.


Bail was set at $50,000.  Oy vey.
