Dear Customer Service Representatives for Credit Cards:
Thank you so much for your commitment to helping the population through some hardships of not understanding specific bills, payment options, etc. I must say, however, that in order to better assist me (as you so frequently boast whilst I'm on hold) it would probably be best that you actually learn the English language. Not only could I not understand a word you were saying to me just now, but I also put you on speaker to see if my neighbor Stephanie could, but to no avail.
Two words: Rosetta Stone.
