GSN is featuring host/singer/entertainer Carnie Wilson in a new original reality series called Carnie Wilson: Unstapled, premiering January 14, 2010. The series will reveal Wilson's real life as she juggles life as an entertainer and that of a wife and mother to two young girls. Who the hell is going to watch this? I'm serious.
NBA Digital, a partnership between the NBA and Turner Sports, announced its 2009-10 regular season programming line-up, featuring 96 live games, exclusive studio shows, news reporting and other extensive online content. The schedule will include 6 days/week of live studio programming on NBA TV and original online content such as the live interactive show "The Jump on NBA.com," inviting text and video questions from fans. Former Celtic great Kevin McHale will also join NBA TV's Fan Night on Tuesdays this season, providing analysis of one game each week selected by fan votes on NBA.com.
TheWB.com's hit web series Children's Hospital starring The Daily Show's Rob Corddry is making the jump to television, slated to appear on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim in 2010.
