McDonald's Attracts the Homeless

Every McDonald's I've ever passed usually has a homeless person trying to collect change outside of it. I often wonder why they choose this particular eatery. Wouldn't they be better suited sitting outside of Peter Lugars? People who eat at McDonald's generally eat there because it, quick, simple and um - cheap! Chances are, they don't really have a lot of extra dough to hand over to the less fortunate. It just seems like some sort of physical oxymoron.

And those are my thoughts on that.

  1. Yeah - but a lot of people walk out McDonald's with spare change. The homeless aren't looking for a handout of $100. I usually see the same homeless guy outside Dunkin' Donuts everyday. People buy a $1.75 coffee, and pay with $2.00. Always looking for the change.
