Recipe: Baked Kale Chips

I decided to try to make some baked kale chips tonight and used a pretty simple recipe to do. Kale chips are super tasty and a great substitute for potato chips if you're craving a salty snack.

Ingredients
 - Kale (any kind will do - Curly, Dinosaur, etc.)
 - Olive Oil
 - Himalayan Salt (which you should be using in your kitchen instead of iodized, anyway!)

Instructions
  1. Wash and dry kale thoroughly. You can lay out the washed leaves in between paper towels, and let sit for some time.
  2. Preheat oven to 330 degrees
  3. Separate kale leaves from stem and 'cut' into semi-equal parts
  4. Put leaves in a bowl and drizzle a little bit of olive oil as needed for leaves to be lightly coated. Use your hands to mix all the while
  5. Align the kale chips on a parchment sheet lined cookie sheet.
  6. Put them in the oven for about 10 minutes, or they look start looking crispy.
  7. Enjoy them!
As you perfect the recipe, you can use different spices, too!
