I Always Feel Like....

Duh, I forgot to put this in my previous post. This is REALLY important because I cannot figure this out, and am pretty sure that someone out there has the answer.

TRIVIA:
So, the song "It Always Feels Like Somebody's Watching Me" by Rockwell (and Michael Jackson?) is part of a show, movie, commercial, SOMETHING - and I can't get to the bottom of where.
