Things annoy me.

I think grooming is an integral part of one's existence. Whether or not you choose to be hygienic is one thing - showering, shaving, deodorizing, etc. However, the way you appear to others is quite another. For example, for whatever reason, I'm really visually attracted to men's hands. I like for them to be properly manicured. A rule of thumb: A man's nails should NEVER be longer than mine. Or any other female's for that matter. I saw a guy on the PATH this morning, who appeared to be, for all intents and purposes, well kempt. Upon second glance at his hands, I was in awe. I really cannot fathom why a man would think it's acceptable by society to have such long fingernails. Bizarre. Similarly, I believe men who bite their nails should cut that habit out. I'm okay with short nails - and if that's done by biting, so be it - BUT, when you bite your nails and nailbeds to the point of stub-nation -- I just can't even deal.

My next thought is about foot-dragging. I mean, IS IT NECESSARY?!!? Why can't you just pick up your feet when you walk?? Why are you like a lazy Neanderthal man? Clearly, you have no ambition of becoming a stealth ninja, but nonetheless, did your parents not teach you any manners? One of the things my mom always said to me was "don't drag your feet; pick up your feet." Unless you're stoned or hungover, you really have no excuse.

And those are my thoughts.
