Thoughts on Twitter. Part 2

I've gotta tell you, this Twitter thing is kind of growing on me. I don't really use it very often just yet, but I really want to start to. Perhaps I should just link my Facebook status updates to my Twitter, since I tend to use that more.

Anyway, I've noticed a lot of trends amongst my twitterfriends. For one, iamdiddy does a lot of LOLing. Stop it, Diddy. LOL's were cool when you were still Puff Daddy. Next, he always says EXACTLY where he's going. Yesterday, his tweet was "going for a walk in Central Park to clear my head." I mean, WHAT?! If Justin Timberlake had twittered that, I'd be pacing the perimeter in a solo-search party style. I would stop at nothing to find, and subsequently pounce him. Like, Diddy - you have 17 security guards and a guy who holds your umbrella, but you're going to TWITTER that you're strolling in the park petting puppies? Get real.

SnoopDogg - he uses "izzle" in every tweet. I fucking LOVE it. His twitter message last night was "I need to step up my twizzle game." This is the part where I segue into letting you all know that I will only refer to twitter as twizzle from here on out.

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore twizzle way too much. I mean, WAY too much. It's sort of interesting that we think of celebrities a certain way (not having a lot of downtime in their lives, secretive, etc.) only to have KutchMoore just squash that. Their twizzles are full of boringness. Just the other week, Ashton fell asleep while watching a movie! Stars, they're just like us.

One thing that I don't like about Twizzle is probably what most people do: The links. I'm on my blackberry and I don't have the time/patience to click and open up a link. I always have to make a mental note to go back to Ryan Seacrest's page to click on that http://tinyurl at a later point in time when I'm actually at a computer.

And those, are my secondary thoughts on Twitter. Follow me if you want.
