You know what really chaps my ass? Corporate companies that do NOT have customer service phone numbers listed under their "contact us" portion of their website.

BOO to American Airlines! I've searched high and low on their site and there is absolutely no phone number listed there. Why do I need it, you ask? Because their website SUCKS and my flight order is either a) not going through or b) going through but not sending confirmation. I booked it twice, so here's hoping my boss isn't drinking hot tea when he gets his statement, causing him to spill it all over himself in disbelief. I'm like, really annoyed.
