TV TimeZ and Casting CallZ

Bigger, Longer, Uncut is now streaming. Matt Stone and Trey Parker's 1999 South Park feature film will be available on SouthParkStudios.com through Oct. 28 to promote the release of a new Blu-ray version of the film next week. Both the streaming version and the Blu-ray feature new commentary from the co-creators. I have yet to see this film and most certainly will be watching it!

Conde Nast sent a memo out to staffers on Monday saying it was folding the print publications Gourmet, Cookie, Modern Bride and Elegant Bride as part of a massive restructuring effort. The publisher hired consultancy McKinsey & Company to help figure out how to cut down on costs and grow its digital businesses, in the face of deep drops in print advertising revenue. I seriously don't know what some of my friends will do without these two bridal pubs!!

Showtime also launched a new video-powered iPhone app, streaming clips, interviews and sample full episodes of its original shows including The United States of Tara, Weeds, Nurse Jackie and The Tudors. The free app is being powered by the Transpera's ad platform. There's also a "click to call" enabling users to order the pay service directly from the app for a limited-time cut rate price of $7.99/month.

Bravo is serving up more of its popular The Real Housewives franchise as the network picked up The Real Housewives of D.C. as a series and renewed The Real Housewives of New Jersey for a second season. Both series are currently in production and both are scheduled to premiere next year. CANNOT WAIT!!!

Casting Call: Food Network is seeking experienced chefs for its culinary competition series Chopped. The network is looking for dynamic, outgoing and skilled male and female chefs of any ethnicity and cooking specialty to apply. For more information about how to apply, visit www.foodnetwork.com/chopped. To submit, the network will need the online application completed along with a current photo and a culinary resume.

Don't forget to watch GLEE tonight on FOX.
