Colored Bacon – What’s Next, Healthy Scrapple?

 

This is not a joke, people.  According to BaconToday.com, Neil Caldwell is a genius.  The image above shows ACTUAL raw bacon in food coloring before being cooked.  Here’s the bacon after:

Neil is keeping his recipe under wraps for some reason – but that’s quite alright – I’m not sure how appealing blue bacon is to me, anyway.
