TV TimeZ with a TwiZt

The Real Housewives of DC premieres August 5th at 9pm.  Set your DVRs!  I’m not sure I’m that interested in the DC housewives’ “politics”.  I’m obviously going to watch it – but I really don’t want a lot of their drama to revolve around Barack Obama and who crashed whose party.  Here’s a little briefing on the five chicas:

  • Mary Schmidt Amons, a second generation Washingtonian and granddaughter of the legendary radio and TV personality Arthur Godfrey;
  • Lynda Erkiletian, owner and founder of T.H.E. Artist Agency;
  • Catherine Ommanney, known as Cat, this British wife and mom is married to a White House photographer and has formed many top social alliances in DC;
  • Michaele Salahi, a model who you may known as "the White House party crasher"; and
  • Stacie Scott Turner, a Harvard MBA holder with a successful real estate business and involved with DC's civic and philanthropic social life.
