Man Arrested Smuggling 18 Monkeys in Clothing - ABC News

What the HELL IS GOING ON???

Police in Mexico City detained a man with a big buldge under his t-shirt on Monday. Under his T, they found 18 - EIGHTEEN - endangered monkeys concealed in a girdle.

Roberto Cabrera, 38, was traveling to Mexico City from Peru and has been charged with trafficking endangered species. Apparently, the monkeys were first packed away in a suitcase, but Cabrera transfered them into the girdle so the x-rays won't hurt them. I mean, REALLY PEOPLE?!?!

The monkeys were 6-inches each and two of them were dead when police found them. :( Purchased for $30 each, experts believe that titi monkeys can sell for as much as $1,000 on teh illegal wildlife market.

Um, THERE'S AN ILLEGAL WILDLIFE MARKET???

Get it together, a-holes.
