Man Caught Pants Down with Mannequin Hand .. in Hand

This story comes to us from West Virginia, which shouldn’t surprise you readers if you’ve been there before.  Eddie M. Campbell, 61, was caught this weekend at Booker T. Washington Memorial Park with his shirt off and his pants around his ankles.  No big deal, right?  Apparently, gramps was sitting on a park bench with an armless mannequin on his lap, holding it with one hand and pleasuring himself with the other.  Ok?

Campbell is now in the South Central Jain on a $2,500 cash only bond and being charged with indecent exposure.  I just like, DON’T get it.  Do what you want in the privacy of your own home, but don’t pretend you’re filming “Mannequin 3: You, Me and Dupree” in the middle of a residential neighborhood.
