Camille “Grammer” Quits Real Housewives

It was announced today that Camille Grammer will not be returning for a second season of Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”  I’m both elated and saddened by the news – mixed emotions, if you will.  While she irritates me to no end, she’s also quite entertaining to watch.

I feel bad for her, though, as she is under much media scrutiny during her soon-to-be-ex-husband’s divorce proceedings.  She’s also under a lot of scrutiny on the actual show, fighting with Kyle Richards (aunt to Paris Hilton), who in my opinion, is completely right and not at all out of line. Side note: I’ve actually met and “partied” with Kyle Richards in LA when I was out there for an event.  She and Mauricio, along with their older daughter are very much down-to-earth.  The way she comes across on television is certainly the way she seemed in real life.

Anyway, Camille probably wants OUT of the show, after having watched herself these past few episodes.  Her two kids have FOUR nannies, she basically humps married tennis partner Nick Stabile all day and Allison Dubois (the medium) is nuts.  You know what they say - “Show me who your friends are, and I’ll show you who you are.”
