Tilapia a la Zlata

Tilapia a la Zlata

  • Tilapia fillets
  • Lemons
  • Frozen Veggies
  • Garlic Powder
  • Sea Salt
  • Any other spice you want that will add a ZING to it

1. Take a baking sheet and spray it with olive oil cooking spray so you feel a little bit more healthy than if you used PAM.
2. Rinse your fillets in water and place them in the baking dish.
3. Sprinkle all of your spices on top of the tilapia fillets.
4. Remember that you should have preheated the oven to 375 degrees by this point.
5. Surround the tilapia fillets with your desired frozen veggies.
6. Cut your lemon into slices that you will put on top of the fillets.
7. Cover your baking dish with foil.
8. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.  Veggies should be "done" and fish should be flaky.
9. Eat.
