ABC has plans to adapt Candace Bushnell's 2008 book One Fifth Avenue and Josh Safran will write the adaptation and Mark Gordon is on board to produce. The project is called One Fifth and described as Sex and the City meets The Good Wife about columnist Cassie Bingham who moves back to her downtown apartment located at One Fifth Avenue after her husband asks for a separation. Bushnell will also be involved as producer.
