Starting tomorrow, Rosa Mexicano will roll out the picnic tables for its first annual Fall Harvest Dinner. Crafted by Culinary Advisor Jonathan Waxman, the Fall Harest Dinner celebrates Rosa Mexicano's renewed commitment to utlizing local flavors and farm-fresh ingredients.
This year, the menu features: Fall Guacamole with Toasted Hazelnuts and Pomegrante Seeds; WIld Mushroom and Chorizo Salad with Buternut Squash; Grilled Lobster and Scallop Tacos with Papaya and Pumpkin Seeds; and Ancho Chile Pumpkin Cheesecake. All sounds a bit better than your usual Pumpkin Latte, no?
