Jeffrey Soffer survives helicopter crash in Bahamas

Jeffrey Soffer, the real estate mogul responsible for Fontainebleau Miami, was involved in a helicopter crash earlier today.

The crash happened at an Baker's Bay Golf Resort and Club at Great Guana Cay. The resort, dubbed a "hangout for millionaires" was awaiting Soffer's arrival, when wind picked up and sent the aircraft spiraling when it was just 10 feet above ground.

Soffer and his wife escaped with minimal injuries, but were flow back to Miami to be treated. Unfortunately  the pilot of the helicopter died in the crash.
