I'm proceeding with caution - and only so that I don't disappoint. I think I'll only go far back enough so as NOT to see any Idol results, although I think my stupid friend Paul already ruined it for me. Anyway, here we go!

• just had her first accupuncture treatment. apparently we were cleaning my meridians. they were clogged and the energy couldn't flow freely. am i a new-ager now?
