Football and Baseball Schedule Changes for Philadelphia

Avoiding a potential collision between baseball and football fans in Philadelphia, the NFL announced yesterday it is switching two NFL games airing on FOX November 1, in the event the Philadelphia Phillies end up in the World Series. The New York Giants at Philadelphia Eagles game will now air at 1p and the Minnesota Vikings at Green Bay Packers game will start at 415p. Currently, the Phillies are in the National League Championship Series and if they win, the Phillies will host Game 4 of the World Series at 8p on November 1.
