Jay Leno's show will get a new bandleader with the arrival of American Idol musical director Rickey Minor. Leaving the Leno show after 18 years is Kevin Eubanks, who first arrived on the scene in 1992, an subsequently became Leno's musical director after Branford Marsalis left the show in 1995. Minor joins the Tonight Show on June 7th.
