TV NewZ:Steve Tyler announced that he will no longer be returning to American Idol next season. Tyler, who was the acting judge on seasons 10 and 11, said that is leaving to focus more on Aerosmith, as they are coming out with a new album soon. I think that American Idol is just sooooooooo seven years ago and the show has to keep the public interested somehow. That somehow is by making a big deal surrounding the guessing game and huge announcement all around 'who will be the next judge'. The end. PR 101, y'all.

In another week, Investigation Discovery will debut new series Happily Never After which documents true crimes involving newlyweds.  The series, narrated by Marlo Thomas and featuring expert commentary from relationship and human behavior expert, Dr. Wendy Walsh, follows the couples from their wedding day to the tragic homicide.

Kevin McHale (FOX's Glee) was selected as co-host for TEEN CHOICE 2012 working with Demi Lovato.  The 14th annual special airs live on FOX July 22 beginning at 8p.  Additional talent appearing on the show includes Miranda Cosgrove, Zachary Knighton, Adam Pally, Hayden Panettiere, Zoe Saldana, Damon Wayans, Jr. and Shane West
